Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation request, the following penalties apply:

• request received up to 8 weeks before arrival: 50% of total
• request received from 3 to 2 weeks before arrival: 80% of total
• request received less than 2 weeks before arrival date: 100% of total.

Prices include

The prices are "all inclusive" and include: laundry rooms, bathrooms and kitchen, cleaning the house, taxes, water, electricity, gas and firewood.

Costs of central heating radiators are excluded. This charge is calculated according to the consumption indicated by the meter.

Notes

- Upon confirmation of booking 30% of the total is requested, the balance is due upon arrival.

- We require our guests to leave a deposit of 300 Euros payable on arrival. This deposit is refundable upon departure (in case of damage, such costs to be incurred will be deducted from the deposit).
